Organizational Meeting 2023

June 30, 2023 * 12:00 am - July 2 * 12:00 am
Minneapolis Marriott West, Wayzata Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN, USA

Our meeting will be held June 30th through July 2nd at Minneapolis Marriott West. Please reserve your room by June 15th! Your room will be paid for by the State Council for Friday and Saturday night, but you must make your own reservations.

District Deputies Only, we just found out that your rooms have been reserved for you already.

All other State Staff and District Wardens can book your room on-line at: Book your group rate for Knights of Columbus 2023.  Please make sure you change your dates to be staying from Friday until Sunday unless you are coming from a long distance and have gotten approval from the State Deputy Dan DeCrans.

Your meals will also be paid for by the State Council, but you need to order them on the enclosed registration/meal order form or use the online form below before June 20th! Your spouse is invited as well; there will be a Saturday activity for her if she chooses to participate. There is a fee for the ladies’ event and a check must be sent to State Secretary Bou Gazley for this by June 20th. There is a limit of 40 spaces available for the ladies’ event.

Again, one of this year’s goals is to have at least one Star Council in every district. Faith in Action programs will be stressed. We’ll keep working on membership and ceremonials as well to round off the entire package. We want our district deputies to bring back to their councils information to get them going in a positive and productive manner.
The meetings dress code on Saturday will be business casual. Saturday Mass & dinner should be a sports coat, shirt, & tie or suit with a tie. Friday is business casual. NO shorts, t-shirts, or jeans.  Our top priority this weekend will be giving our district deputies the skills and materials they need to be successful and to help our councils flourish. Your part in this process is integral and I hope you will make every effort to attend this enjoyable and informative weekend.

I look forward to spending time with each and every one of you, and I thank you for the service you have agreed to provide for our Order—In Service to All.

Vivat Jesus!

Dan DeCrans, State Deputy
