May 18, 2018 * 12:00 pm - May 20 * 12:00 pm
30 Civic Center Dr SE, Rochester, MN 55904, USA

State Deputy Robert Penas

We encourage all councils to send delegates to the 2018 State Convention. This is your chance to elect State Officers and  delegates for the upcoming Supreme Convention, and to have a voice in major decisions which affect the State.

The registration fee for the State Convention is $20 per Knight if submitted prior to May 1.  On May 1, a $15 late fee will apply resulting in the total cost per Knight of $35.  The deadline for guaranteed meals is also April 30.  Extra meals will be ordered from the caterer, but last minute meals are not guaranteed.  The hotel blocks are in place until May 1.  Please make your reservations prior to that date.  Lastly, the ladies activity this year should be very entertaining, but there is limited space, so register early!

UPDATE:  The ladies activity has sold out!

We are very excited to have the Immaculate Heart Folk Band providing musical entertainment during our meal on Friday evening!

David Kruse and Matthew Wagner are both seminarians for the Diocese of Winona, MN. Shortly after meeting during their studies for the priesthood, David and Matthew formed a folk-band ensemble called the Immaculate Heart Folk Band, named after Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary, located in Winona, MN where the two studied Philosophy. Having since graduated from IHM Seminary, David and Matthew both are in their final years of theological studies for the priesthood at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, MI. Matthew is set to be ordained as a transitional deacon on June 3, 2018, and a priest in June of 2019. David is set to be ordained a transitional deacon in June of 2019, and a priest in June of 2020.

If you would like to support the Immaculate Heart of Mary Folk Band group, donations are welcome, with all proceeds going to the Mother of God Mission Society in Vladivostok Russia. Physical CD’s are available throughout the convention, and digital copies may be purchased online on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon. Please continue to pray for David and Matthew, and for all of the seminarians of the Diocese of Winona.
