You are invited to the Annual Meeting of the Marquette Province to be held in St. Paul Minnesota on October 9-11 at the Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview Hotel.

This meeting is held in accordance with the Laws and Rules of the Fourth Degree (Article IV Section 12). All Fourth Degree members are invited to attend.  We will be discussing changes in the Fourth Degree for the upcoming Fraternal Year, planning for activity and growth success, and installing District Masters for their new term of office.
