Membership growth starts with a simple action: inviting a Catholic man to join us. But making that invitation—and turning it into sustainable growth—can sometimes be challenging.
That’s why we’re bringing the Invite and Grow: Membership Workshop to locations across Minnesota September 14–20.
This is not another presentation about why membership is important. It’s a hands-on working session designed to give your council practical tools and confidence to identify prospects, make the invitation, conduct successful Church Drives, follow up and build an actionable membership plan.
Bring Your Council Team
We encourage your Grand Knight, Membership Director, Financial Secretary and other members involved in recruiting to attend together. Each Knight attending must register individually.
Get a head start before you arrive! Be sure to read the “Come Prepared” section below the schedule. Complete the three simple pre-work steps so your council arrives ready to put the training into action—and earn a Knights of Columbus padfolio. Every participating council will also receive 20 Culture of Invitation Prayer Cards to help carry the message back to your members.
