Please scan and email your Champion and Runners up score sheet to Rodney prior to Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 to tholen07@gmail.com – List 2023 Soccer Challenge Champions in subject – include your District and Council #s.
Every entrant should have a copy of the release form signed by a parent or guardian. This should have been completed at the Council level, but we need a copy along with the score sheet – see documents for a blank if necessary .
