2021-22 Organizational Meeting

All State Officers, District Deputies, Regional Consultants, and State Program and Membership Staff, and their wives, were invited to the State Organizational Meeting.
The meeting started Friday afternoon/evening and concluded Sunday morning … an agenda can be found under Documents.
Much important information was discussed and distributed at this meeting … unfortunately many District Deputies were unable or unwilling to attend! It is my hope that those who did not attend in person, attended virtually, or will view the recordings.
I know that many of you had other events that took precedence, and some of you called or emailed me with apologies … for this I thank you!
I created a large packet of information for each of the 63 Districts, thanks to State Membership Director Patrick, and to my wife Marty who spent 2-3 days helping with stuffing the packets! State Program Director Joe also had a large collection of items for distribution, and arranged a number of “Program Fair” tables.
All 63 of my packets were picked up, so it is my hope that colleagues of those DDs who were not present, and/or Regional Consultants took packets to deliver. If any DD did not receive a packet, please contact me and we will attempt to get one to you.
Archbishop Hebda honored us by presiding at the Saturday evening mass, concelebrated by our State Chaplain Fr. Marty, and joined us for our banquet later on.
We presented the Knight of the Year and Family of the Year Awards, and were joined by the families of the winners Don Hohn and Terry Meyer.
We presented the “Master Evangelist” jacket to top recruiter Dave DuPaul, and the Regional Membership Cup to the winning Region, Marc Peters’ Region 9.
Archbishop Hebda drew the name of the winner of the “Breezy Getaway” membership incentive … District 2 DD David Pritschet. David and his wife Anne chose the “Taste of Breezy” option, and we look forward to posting photographs of them as they enjoy their prize!
