2020 Mid-Year Meeting

December 5, 2020 * 10:00 am - December 6 * 4:30 pm

Due to the recommendations for limitations of meetings by Governor Walz, in an attempt to slow the infection rate of COVID-19, we will be holding the mid-year meeting completely virtually this year.

All District Deputies and State Staff will receive a personal invitation, but if you are missed for some reason, please submit the form below.

If you are not a DD or a member of the State Staff, you are welcome to request an invitation to join us, but we have limited numbers allowed on our Zoom meetings, so this will depend on availability.

We will be publishing a detailed agenda closer to the meeting date, but the draft agenda is:

10:00 Opening Prayer/State Deputy Welcome
10:05 State Chaplain Address
10:15 Supreme Knight Address
10:50 Break
11:00 Membership Growth and Retention (1)
12:00 Break
1:00 pm Programs (Conducting Programs Virtually)
2:45 pm Break
3:00 pm Open Office – Q&A session with “offices” containing experts on multiple subjects. Links will be provided for each office and you may connect with any of your choice.

Sunday December 6th
